Sheeter Moulder

This machine is suitable for producing several kind of loaf and long loaf. The dough pieces are conveyed to the rollers through a conveyor belt. The rollers undergo an additional polishing that enable a best detachement of the dough. The shaved woolen belts assure a perfect rolled loaf. A special device allows the upper belt to be stopped, so thet the machine can be used to sheet small dough pieces. The finished loaf can be conveyed to the operator or to the opposite side. The whole machine is built according to the current safety laws and every element of the machine that can be in contact with the dough is certified for contact with food.
